Reshape Home is looking for a talented and experienced Painter to join our home renovation and interior improvement team. If you have strong painting skills and the ability to deliver quality finishing, we want you onboard!
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial buildings
- Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, filling cracks, plastering, priming)
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Repair walls, ceilings, and wooden surfaces before painting
- Ensure clean, smooth, and professional finishing
- Maintain tools and follow safety standards at all job sites
📘 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Painter
- Knowledge of paint types, materials, and application techniques
- Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and tight spaces
- Eye for detail and ability to produce smooth, clean finishes
- Good understanding of surface preparation
- Reliability, time management, and teamwork skills
🎯 Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with texture painting, wall art, or decorative finishes
- Knowledge of epoxy, waterproof paint, and modern interior coatings
